We absolutely loved our stay at this place. The location was perfect for us as it was close to where we needed to be. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our time here.

Convenient access to lygon street that was just 1 mile away. All in all our stay was excellent, no reason to complain.

I did'nt enjoy staff members attitude i felt as tho he did'nt respect me, I spoke to a staff member on day of booking & was told that they will try & organize early check in as room was booked for an event on the day that day, event started at 12pm. Staff member working at 12pm 13/03 was quite rude & acted as if he didnt belive me?? & also made the assumption more than 2 were staying which i explained was'nt the case as video footage will show prove only 2 persons stayed at apartment. apart from that i enjoyed my stay

The key collection was located in a different suburb, but close to everything we needed. We found the apartment cosy and comfortable, and appreciated the added extra of a kitchenette and clothes washer/dryer. The location was great, with a tram located outside and places of interest nearby.

Some rooms might have issues like a lack of control for the air-con, which could be quite uncomfortable for the guests.

It is in a very convenient location in relation to trams etc. Having to check in at Swanston St. Is not very good at all. There was no information compendium in the room and no other local information whatsoever. The phone did not work properly and I was unable to contact switch on any of the 6 days I was there. The apartment above seemed to be housing a large herd of elephants who thundered about day and night. The whole place is not very soundproof. Overall it was a good place to stay if you did not have to be there long. The airport Skybus shuttle does not go there so you should stop advertising their services.

The noise, the poor quality soundproofing, the hopeless check in system, the non working phone, the lack of information about helpful things like how to use the trams and public transport and where the nearest supermarket is. The cleanliness was adequate but there were lots of stains on walls. No Skybus shuttle service goes to this property any longer. Utterly useless.

Reasonable accommodation near Melbourne city for the price

Apartment reasonably appointed with following exceptions: 1. The TV was antiquated - terrible picture 2. Only 5 TV channels available! 3. No insulation from apartment above - every step could be heard - disturbed several times each night 4. Ironing board broken 5. It is extremely poor form to try to divert complaints from this questionnaire!!

Had an amazing Christmas vacation with my family. The location was perfect, only a stone's throw away from public transportation. The apartment had free and reliable Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchenette which made it easy to cook our own Christmas dinner. We also loved the spacious rooms and comfortable beds which ensured we all had a good night's sleep.

There were some downsides to our stay. The apartment was quite noisy due to the traffic outside, and we could hear every sound from the neighboring apartments.

The apartments are well located near public transport: tram. The studio apartments are spacious, clean and well designed.

The bed was not altogether comfortable.

The accommodations were very spacious and comfortable, perfect for a holiday stay. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the heart of the city and all its attractions. The kitchen was well-equipped, with everything we needed to prepare meals and snacks.

The internet was spotty and inconsistent, making it difficult to stay connected during our stay. the noise level outside was quite loud, especially during peak hours.

Studio room we got was great. Comfy and neat.

Having to go to another location to check in and pick up the keys.

This was the perfect apartment for us. Everything we needed was provided, it was clean, quiet and comfortable. Great value for money too.

Parking was on the streets nearby and had restricted hours. However we always managed to get a parking spot directly in front of the apartments. The most annoying part was the need to travel to another suburb to pick up the keys - when you are not familiar with a city this can be a real nuisance!

The staff were helpful and friendly. The beds were quite good, we had two singles, but not a problem for us. The location is great. The carpet in the room felt a bit sticky in places, but overall, I would recommend it and we would stay again.

We were pleased with the room as it was spacious. On Sunday we found our water jug was leaking and reported it and were very pleased that it was replaced within half an hour although it was a Sunday.

The only downside is that as the walls/floors are thin it can get noisy when there are people moving around on the floor above.
